Real estate became my passion years ago and originates from my love of helping people from an early age. I started at age 24 by purchasing a business that lacked customer service. One of the keys to my success was finding what my customers were looking for by paying attention and listening to them. Being able to satisfy their needs allowed me to increase my client base and sales. After turning the business into a success, I sold it to the manager and went into property management for several years. I was able to pick up real estate knowledge and the skill of multitasking. I expanded my understanding of present-day products and management techniques. Multitasking allowed me to handle a variety of jobs and to manage people to get more accomplished in less time. I acquired my real estate license in 2013. Today I continue to educate myself and share my wealth of knowledge with my clients. I have been blessed with opportunities to help many others achieve their goals and allow customer service to guide me through the process.
My Objectives
- Commit my time, money, and energy until the contract is closed.
- Guide my clients smoothly from contract to close.
- Write offers and negotiate contracts with the best price and terms for my clients.
- Communicate to the client regularly the results of our activities.
- Coordinate and implement marketing programs to give properties the maximum exposure on the market.
